In a stunning new invasion of public social network privacy, a court in Canada has ordered the plaintiff in a civil case to provide access to his private Facebook account.  The issue began in 2007 when the defense lawyers learned about the existence of this account, probably through the public search listings.  Here is the story, from the Toronto Star.
